Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for orders under this threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item.
